CONVERSAT10N: How can proper breathing techniques contribute to your wellbeing? In today’s 10 Talks, Carlette introduces us to Kreston Woods, aka “Woody”. Woody is a former collegiate baseball player who now teaches proper breathing techniques for wellbeing. He’ll share with us how after he had an injury he became interested in sports recovery. When he learned the impact that proper breathing has on healing our body, he decided to study and then incorporate breath training into his personal training. He’ll share with us the importance of proper breathing techniques and he also guides us through some different breathing exercises for energy and for stress management.
